ADDFLAGS

Syntax: ADDFLAGS <handle> <network> <#channel> <flags>

Adds flags to a user. You must be an owner or a master and cannot change a user with privilages above your own, or modify a user or yourself to have privilages above or equal to your current status.

Please see User flags for more information on valid flags. To create global privilages, place a single asterisk (*) into either the network or channel field, or both.
