In the following text, [parameter] means an optional parameter which may be omitted. <parameter> indicates a manditory parameter which must be included at all times. {parameter} indicates a parameter which may occur one or more times in a row. parameter|another-parameter indicates that one of parameter and another-parameter may be chosen for the command and are to be taken literally.
