ENFORCE 

Syntax: ENFORCE [network] <#channel> [sticky]

Enforces all bans. The word 'sticky' is literal, specifying it causes the bot to only enforce sticky bans. When bans are enforced, all users matching the bot's bans will be kicked from the channel.
